Son-in-law RICHARD ROWLAND also enjoys appliance repair. He is an RVDA (Recreational Vehicle Dealers Association) Master Certified Mechanic, a classification awarded only after hundreds of hours of study and hands-on experience. Richard is also LPG certified by the State of Nevada. He most enjoys roof replacements and roof repairs and cautions RV owners to have their roofs inspected and maintained regularly to prevent water damage and costly repair. Richard is exceptionally conscientious, making sure the job is done right the first time so he can enjoy four-wheeling and exploring Nevada’s outdoors in his free time, knowing his customers can enjoy their free time worry-free.
TRACY RIMBEY is the elder statesman of the group, relying on forty years of experience in RV repair. His particular areas of expertise are body and paint repair, carpet and linoleum installation, fabrication of components needed for specific jobs, appliance repair, and all forms of electrical work. His favorite projects are ones that require wood-working and routing. Tracy is an artist, and customers who receive his special talents can count on a beautiful and meticulous result. He takes pride in doing his best work for every customer. His best advice to customers is to “…clean and maintain your RV after every use.” He relaxes by hiking, kayaking, and working in his yard.
The professional young man who answers your telephone calls and greets you at the service desk is JESSE ARGUELLO, Service Manager. Jesse is also an RVDA Master Certified Mechanic who can answer your questions and concerns with education and authority and make sure that your RV is serviced by the technician best qualified to perform the work. He states, “I take pride in my customer service and look forward to helping you.” Like his customers he enjoys any outdoor recreation, and he believes that the most valuable advice he can give customers involves their purchases of RVs. He advises the potential buyer to always have the unit inspected professionally before purchasing in order to avoid expensive surprises.
GERARDO ARGUELLO has been making customers happy at Safari for eleven years and can boast of a total of 25 years of great RV repairs. Gerardo’s engaging and entertaining personality is evidenced when he states: “My goal is to always have a customer leave happy and feeling safe.” His RV skills are far-reaching, including special fabrication, hitch and tow bar installation including wiring, appliance repair, brake systems, and Onan generator repair; but he most enjoys special fabrications for hitches and tow bars. He knows how important all these components are because his favorite recreation is camping with his family. He feels the most valuable advice he can give his customers is to be vigilant about winterizing in cold climates (like northern Nevada) to prevent freeze-ups and expensive damage.
